Kids State Wrestling

This past weekend was the Kids State Wrestling Tournament in Topeka at the Expocentre.  4 boys from the Republic County Kids Wrestling Club competed in the state tournament.  Trevor Lowell competed in the 12 and under 92 lb. weigh class.  He finished the tournament 1-2.  Brett Stindt competed in the 12 and under 190 lb. weight class.  He finished the tournament 2-2.  Mikel Cottenmyre competed in the 14 and under 265 lb. weight class.  He finished the tournament 0-2.  Grant Strnad competed in the High School division in the 195 lb. weight class.  He finished the tournament 0-2.
