NFL Punt pass and kick

Comments come courtesy of Ross Wurdeman, who did pretty well for himself at Concordia University in Seward, NE (Ross was named to the All-Decade team for the Great Plains Athletic Conference in 2010.)

All 7 kids placed in the top 4.  3-1st, 1-2nd, 1-3rd, 2-4th.
The 1st place finishers now have to wait until all the other 12-13 sectionals (KS, NE, IA, 1/2 MO) get done.
If they were in the top 4 of all sectionals, then they get invited to the regional competition in KC the morning of Nov 25th and then get introduced during the KC/Broncos game.
Thanks!!!

Girls                                Punt        Pass        Kick        Total        Place
6-7        Abby Wurdeman        41'3"        24'5"        22'        87'8"        1st
Abby set a new sectional record in the punt (previous held by Julia Blazek from Belleville) but was 7" short of the total record.

8-9        Emily Jensik                49'7"        49'        44'1"        142'8"        1st
Emily was very consistent and beat 2nd place over 18'.

10-11        Tobi Wilber                53'8"        53'        52'8"        159'4"        4th
Tobi was very consistent too and was only 1'8" from 3rd place.

No 11-12 or 13-14 girls.

Boys
6-7        Sam Thumann                54'10        41'7"        22'3"        118'8"        3rd
Didnt get to watch Sam but he improved 1'1" from last year again placing 3rd.

No 8-9

10-11        Jerrick Baxa                73'        85'        63'7"        221'7"        1st
Didnt get to watch Jerrick either but he also improved 10" from last year from 3rd to 1st.

12-13        Deon Dyke                93'7"        102'4"        67'9"        263'8"        2nd
Deon was very accurate.  All three of tries were almost right down the middle with hardly any deductions but 1st place total was 320'7".

14-15        Trey Kuhlman                109'11"        116'7"        34'5"        260'1"        4th
Trey also set a new sectional punting record until the next kid went 111'.  He was sitting in 2nd place until he "shanked" his kick wide to the left.
