This is Terri Popelka, I am the head volleyball coach at Pike Valley High School. I was wondering if you please announce on the radio that the team is participating in the side-out foundation. This is a foundation that helps raise awareness for breast cancer through the game of volleyball. We are asking all spectators wear pink to the home game on Tues. Sept. 7th. The team will be having a "pink out" that night in honor of breast cancer awareness and we "dig pink". There will also be items for sale during the game and proceeds will be sent to the foundation in our name to help with breast cancer research in the search for a cure. Hope everyone can come and support the team and it's cause to DIG PINK!!!!!
